“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong”

Namaste, y’all! Thank you for stopping by to visit. As you explore the next few pages, I want you to reflect on a few questions. Whether you work in an office or take care of your home, are you fulfilled in your current career? When you walk into a room, do you feel like you belong? Are you confident that  you are your best self? Or are some negative emotions – like anger, fear or doubt – holding you back from shining? Do you wish you could improve your relationships with loved ones and colleagues? Are you happy?

These are the very questions I asked myself regularly, and many times the answers were not what I needed. As a woman born in India and raised in Texas, I straddled two traditions that sometimes made me feel like I didn’t belong in either. Our classical education system is amazing at teaching us to recognize differences, find inconsistencies and blend into the mainstream. Heck, I was so good at it that I got an MBA and built a successful career out of recognizing and fixing “flaws”.

And  yet I wasn’t satisfied; I knew there had to be more. So I began transforming my life and my relationships. I sought harmony instead – harmony with my head and my heart. Through forgiveness, negative emotion release, goal setting, meditation and breathwork, I am happy and living my best life. And I believe you can too. If you’re looking for career progression, these techniques can help you develop executive presence, deliver more impactful presentations, set more effective goals, communicate persuasively and create better results for you and your organization. If you’re looking for more satisfaction in your life, these techniques can help you create positive changes and improve your relationships.

The most important part is making the choice, and once you make that decision, I can help you move along your path.

With the ancient wisdom of Indian and Hawaiian spiritual traditions and modern training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), project management, continuous improvement, personality styles (Meyers Brigss Type Indicator) and inclusive work practices (Diversity & Inclusion), I approach each client engagement from the perspective the client needs. Whether it’s spiritual introspection or developing an intellectual/mental game plan, our collaboration will address your needs and goals as set by you.

Decide today who you want to be – to define your purpose and use your voice. Decide what you want to do aligned with your head and your heart. Decide what you want to have in your life to feel fulfilled. And, let me know if you’d like to collaborate on that journey to live your best life. I believe you can, and I would love to work with you to bring in that empowerment and happiness.
